Sandra Pacheco is a Paramedical Skin Revision Specialist. Paramedical Therapy works on the structure and function of the skin addressing the root cause of the problem. While cosmetic treatments work topically on the surface of the skin, paramedical treatments address skin on an internal cellular level to improve its functionality.

Sandra mainly works with a skincare line called DMK. Unlike many over-the-counter cosmetic companies, DMK formulations are pharmaceutical grade. This means that they have a more concentrated ratio of active ingredients to base ingredients. Most cosmetic products have a low ratio, and therefore lack the active ingredients required to instigate real and lasting change within the skin.

The beauty industry has long been focused on the idea of dead cell removal. A multitude of treatments exist to remove, peel, exfoliate and flush. However, this is not enough to build true long-term skin functionality. While there is no single product or machine that will alleviate skin conditions or remove the signs of aging completely, I focus on removing the problem, rebuilding the integrity of the skin cells, teaching my clients to protect and maintain for long term results. It is a true lifetime change.
